A flash flood warning was issued for coastal areas of Alabama as Tropical Storm Elsa moved along the Gulf Coast on Tuesday, July 6. The storm was forecast to strengthen as it moved along Florida’s Gulf Coast on Tuesday, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.
