More than 1.47 million people have been relocated since July 16, local media reported. The eastern coast of China, meanwhile, was still feeling the effects of Typhoon In-Fa, which weakened into a tropical depression early Wednesday morning as it was expected to travel north into Anhui and Shandong provinces, according to Xinxiang Meteorology.
