Fire spots smoldered in the hills around Lytton, British Columbia, on July 26, several weeks after a wildfire demolished the town. The fire destroyed “90 percent” of Lytton, according to local elected officials. On June 29, the town set a new record high temperature for all of Canada when thermometers registered 49.6 degrees Celsius (121.3 Fahrenheit). Credit: @traciculture via Storyful
