Search crews have renewed hope for progress after the planned demolition of what remained of the Miami condo building. The death toll is now at 27 with 118 people still unaccounted for. The demolition has given crews access to the part of the site which had not been accessible before the destruction of the building. Experts have not yet determined an official cause of the disaster but documents have been uncovered which revealed urgent conversations about the costly repairs the building needed in the lead up to its collapse.
