Tropical Storm Elsa brought flooding rain to Cape Coral on Wednesday, July 7, as the storm moved inland over Florida. Footage shared by Matthew Augusto Ongsiako shows flooded roads in Cape Coral on Wednesday. All watches and warnings for Cape Coral were canceled by Wednesday afternoon as the storm moved northward.
