Typhoon In-Fa’s strong winds downed trees and heavy rain flooded roads in Zhejiang, China, on July 26. As of noon on Sunday, more than 1.5 million people across the province were forced to evacuate. Regional officials reported winds up to 28 meters per second (about 63 miles per hour) at the cyclone’s center, according to local media. This video released by the Ningbo Traffic Police on Monday shows flooded streets and crews removing trees collapsed across roads in the city of Ningbo. In nearby Shanghai, ports were expected to be closed at least until Tuesday, reports said. Credit: Ningbo Traffic Police via Storyful
