Typhoon In-Fa made its second landfall in the Chinese province of Zhejiang on the morning of Monday, July 26, after hitting Putuo District, Zhoushan City, on Sunday. As of noon on Sunday, over 1.5 million people across the province had been evacuated, local media reported. In nearby Shanghai, railways, flights, and metro services were suspended on Sunday, local media reported. Regional officials reported winds up to 28 meters per second (about 63 miles per hour) at the cyclone’s center, according to local media. This footage released by the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Huangpu Branch on Sunday shows pedestrians facing strong winds, rivers swelling, and a tree collapsed on a vehicle. Shanghai ports were expected to be closed at least until Tuesday, reports said. Credit: Shanghai Public Security Bureau Huangpu Branch via Storyful
