Parts of Sydney's eastern suburbs have been granted priority access to the Pfizer vaccine as authorities to try to stop more councils being designated hotspot areas. Randwick LGA will join the 12 hotspot LGAs in south western and western Sydney in receiving priority access. Health authorities have been concerned about cases after an illegal party in Maroubra became a super spreader event. Randwick residents are being urged to book their priority jab at the Brighton-Le-Sands vaccination clinic.
