Thunderstorms brought heavy rain, wind, and hail to parts of Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey on Wednesday afternoon, July 21. Footage shared on Twitter by Karen Rosenfeld shows hail bouncing down in Rydal, a community north of Philadelphia, on Wednesday afternoon. “I have never seen anything like this,” Rosenfeld wrote in a tweet.
