Rescue efforts were ongoing at the site of the Champlain Towers condo collapse in Surfside, Florida, almost a week after the initial incident. Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said at a press conference on Wednesday morning that four additional bodies had been recovered overnight, bringing the total fatality count to 16.
