Lockdown restrictions have eased for a number of states with COVID-19 cases across the nation being brought under control. Stay at home orders have lifted in Western Australia’s Perth and Peel regions but Premier Mark McGowan is leaving some measures in place, and the Northern Territory’s Darwin and Alice Springs exited lockdown last night. Many Queensland residents have been granted new freedoms but the lockdown in local government areas Brisbane and Moreton Bay has been extended.
