At least 22 people were known to have been killed in the severe flooding in Waverly, Tennessee, local media reported on August 23, while at least 20 others remained missing, according to the city’s Department of Public Safety. This footage was filmed by Angela Stefanides. The first clip, which shows severe damage to buildings in Waverly, was filmed on August 21, Stefanides said. The second clip, taken on August 22, shows an overturned vehicle in debris. “This was my last view before I went home. What an emotional day.
