The government has discussed the future of the vaccine rollout in Australia and are looking to ramp up Pfizer availability in September or October. Although there have been issues with changing medical advice and sourcing vaccines, the government is hopeful most Australians will be vaccinated by the end of the year. Victoria has invested $5 million into Australia’s first locally manufactured mRNA vaccine and it is hoped this will help the vaccine rollout speed up.
