Melbourne is currently spending its second straight weekend in lockdown but regional Victoria has reopened to the relief of residents there. Ring of steel police presence, however, will around Melbourne this time for this lockdown and police will be patrolling with spot checks and number plate scans to ensure Victorians comply.
