United States President Joe Biden is launching a month of action to encourage more people to get COVID-19 vaccinations before the July 4 holiday. President Biden is closing in on his goal to vaccinate 70 per cent of the adult population by Independence Day to allow the nation to have a pre-pandemic summer. The president addressed fears over how fast the vaccines were developed and promised they were safe and extremely effective.
